RJ Rubino - President

Rubino spent the last decade coaching competitive rowing, leading programs including
Canisius High School, BSRA and RowBuffalo to win over thirty national titles and a World
Championship. As a rower, RJ won national championships at the high school and collegiate level,
and he competed at the Junior World Championships. Graduating from the University of Buffalo
with a degree in finance, RJ works as a realtor and does real estate investing.

Allan Amico

Native of Orchard Park, NY, graduated from Buffalo’s Canisius High School Class of
2009 and Princeton University 2013. Rowing for both institutions, he won and medaled at numerous
national championships. Notably, Amico won the 2008 Crash Bs World Indoor Rowing
Championships and went on to compete with RJ Rubino for Team USA in the Junior Men’s four
event at the 2009 Junior World Championships. Allan currently serves as a Director on the
Investment Team at WP Global Partners in New York, NY.

Ryan Ficorilli

Ficorilli led the Columbia University Rowing Team as captain for two years. He holds gold
metal victories in the Varsity Lightweight eight event at Eastern Sprints in Worcester, Massachusetts.
He also was a member of the US National Team and represented the US at the Pan Am Games. He
has coached college and high school programs for over 10 years with gold metal results at State and National Championships. Since 2022, Ryan and RJ Rubino have coached highly successful summer teams together. Ryan is currently the Head Coach of St. Joes Collegiate Rowing and works as a financial professional in Buffalo, NY.
