Full Summer High Performance Program

$3,000.00

June 20th – August 10th

Includes racing at the US Summer Nationals and Royal Canadian Henley Regatta. Fee covers team uniform, transportation and hotel accommodations near the US Summer Nationals regatta venue at Ford Lake Park, Michigan. Athletes commute daily from Buffalo housing to the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta.

Optional RA-supervised housing in dormitories and shared homes across Buffalo, NY. The Buffalo Rowing Club will make every effort to accommodate requests for athletes to room with friends or teammates. Rowers are permitted to make their own housing arrangements.
Optional but highly recommended. Pre- and post-workout nutrition is provided at the training center and regatta to support peak performance and recovery. Primary meals remain the responsibility of each athlete.
